Peyton's knee might not be ready for week
1 against the Chicago Bears.
The fans in Cincinnati respond to the resigning
of Chris Henry by buying a billboard. I thought
other NFL fans might need a little help deciding what to put on their billboards, so here are some suggestions:

Three days after the Bears picked their man
in the quarterback derby, they face the one that
got away -- or, more accurately, the one that was told to go away.
The Chicago Bears will start Kyle Orton at
quarterback this season and his first test as the
main man comes in Thursday’s preseason game against the San Francisco 49ers. Orton won the job over Rex Grossman, although neither player was overwhelming in their play this preseason. Orton is 12-6 as a starting quarterback for the Bears in his three seasons.
It was announced today, that Kyle Orton will
be the Chicago Bears opening day starter, as he
beat out Rex Grossman, in a QB competition which lasted from training camp to last week in Seattle. Apparently he beat out Rex Grossman, who many think played terrible last week, played behind a terrible offensive line. No one can be good behind that offensive line, they got no help this ...
Are you the type of person who needs
to have some guys from your favorite team on
your fantasy squad? If you are, and you're a Bears fan, then this year may be somewhat of a challenge. I mean, do you really feel like you're representing your team by making sure you get Robbie Gould in the 14th round?
To nobody's surprise, the Bears think too much
has been made of the way they impersonated a
4-12 football team Saturday night in Seattle.
n the past five seasons, the Niners and
Bears have met eight times (including preseason). And both
these teams now enter similar paths as 2008 begins. They both have some QB issues and are competing in a division that does not have a clear cut winner. I took the time to ask Mike Montgomery from MVN about the Bears and what we should expect for the 49ers-Bears matchup.
Just my thoughts on game 2 of the
preseason
Pretty good analysis and trends tor the game
Wide receiver Bernard Berrian said in a radio
interview the injury that sidelined him for Saturday's game
at Baltimore is similar to turf toe and is something he dealt with last season while with the Chicago Bears . Berrian said he isn't sure if he ...
I hope Timbaland is working on a Super
Bowl Shuffle remix, because the Chicago Bears have officially
entrusted their offense into the hands of one Kyle Raymond Orton. Now the only thing missing is an offensive line, running back and wide receivers. ...
The Bears liked what they saw from defensive
tackle Israel Idonije in a spot start last week
at Seattle and plan to look at him at defensive end Thursday against the San Francisco 49ers.
The National Football League and shoe and apparel
company Reebok International, Inc. did not violate antitrust laws
when they engaged in an exclusive licensing deal to make hats with team logos on them, according to a federal appeals court ruling. The challenge by cap maker American Needle Inc. was rejected by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago. As reported by Bloomberg News , the ruling ...
Now that the Chicago Bears have chosen Kyle
Orton as their quarterback, they must determine who will
be catching his passes. Brandon Lloyd leads all Bears wideouts with 5 catches in the preseason, and his 56 yards are second on the team to tight end Kellen Davis' 80 (on 4 catches). But Lloyd isn't taking anything for granted as he prepares for Thursday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Pre-season is well under way and there is
plenty of news coming out of the locker rooms!
Luckily (or unluckily depending on how you view it), Bruno Boys Larry and Bruno Boys Ziza are all over the major news around the NFL! In part two of this weeks Newz and Viewz the dynamic duo debates focus on Bobby Engram’s injury, the Chicago Bears TE duo of Greg Olsen and Desmond Clark and their expected..
by DMtShooter , Five Tool Tool 12. When
Orton takes an unnecessary sack, he's less likely to
fumble 11. Just can't give the ball to a man that Ron Rivera referred to as "kind of a mental midget" 10. Incompletions are less harmful than interceptions ...
With Kyle Orton under center, the Chicago Bears
are expected to go 6-10, with a power ranking
of 27th and are now favored to win just four of 16 games.
In the past hour there have been no
less than three emails with "The Neckbeard Returns!" as
the subject line. This is either a bold move or an absolutely desperate one, but it's true: Kyle Orton is the starting quarterback for the 2008 Chicago Bears' ...
In news you already know: Kyle Orton has
won out over the Sex Cannon for the Bears
starting job. Judging from the above pic, he’s as shocked as you are. In news you already know but still can only scarcely believe: The Bengals have ...
