Mike Francessa now has a solo act. At 11:30 pm tonight, The NY Post is reporting that Christopher "Mad Dog" Russo has left WFAN for a $3 million deal with Sirius radio. Russo and WFAN management "mutually agreed to go separate ways," said Mark Chernoff, the vice president of programming. Turns out Christopher (Mad Dog) Russo isn't quite through with WFAN after all. The station has been running old Yardbarker commercials today voiced by Sirius' new sports talk star himself.
