raidermark I met Gene 40 years ago when I was 11. He was truly one of the greatest Raiders and one of the greatest offensive lineman the game has ever witnessed. Truly a sad day for Raider fans and all NFL fans.

Sad and surprising news today as NFL hall of famer and director of the player's union Gene Upshaw has died. Upshaw was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer just over the weekend.
