By Dave Meltzer Bill Douglas of the California State Athletic Commission released that B samples have been returned positive for one fighter on both the July 19 Affliction show in Anaheim and the July 26 Elite XC CBS card in Stockton.The names will be released tomorrow after notification of the promotions and fighters. The California State Athletic Commission on Thursday will announce two positive drug tests from recent MMA events held in the state. F4WOnline.com reported the development late-Wednesday. One fighter from Affliction “Banned” and one fighter from EliteXC “Unfinished Business” have tested positive for a banned substance.
