Yankees lose to Blue Jays 2-1
What happened to inserting youth into this lineup? This is the same crap lineup that couldn’t score runs all year. Then you have Johhny Damon who made two errors and one that cost them the game. He throws like a sissy as well. Please Joe, forget contracts, insert Christian(call him back up) and Gardner into the lineup and watch them wreak havoc on the base paths for the rest of the year. I hate these current free agents the Yankees, “bought.” They did nothing for the Yankees and I consider them, “George’s” players. I can’t wait to get rid of these losers. Then A-Rod makes a base running blunder. The Yankees you watched tonight were the Yankees you’ve been watching since 2001. A bunch of over paid, over rated, losers.
The Yankees lost to the Toronto Blue Jays by a score of 2-1. Starting for the Yankees was Darrell Rasner and he gave up 1 earned run on 3 hits in 6.2 innings of work for the no decision. Replacing Rasner was Jose Veras and he gave up 1 earned run on 2 hits in 1.1 innings for the loss. I don’t know how it was earned because it went right through Johnny Damon’s glove.
The hitting star of the game was Bobby Abreu who went 2 for 4 with 1 rbi.
The Disgraceful Player of the Game was Johnny Damon for letting a fly ball that should of been caught go right off his glove that lead to a run that caused the Yankees to lose the game. Terrible play. Not only is that a disgrace, but a nightmare.
